How long does a visit take?
Most straightforward returns take about an hour. Self-employed and business returns take longer, and we'll tell you how long to plan for when you book.
Can I drop off my documents instead?
Ask us when you call. Either way, you'll review the return before anything is filed.
What if I'm missing a form?
Don't wait for it. Bring what you have, and we'll tell you what's still needed and how to get it.
How much will it cost?
You get a quote before we start, based on which forms your return needs. No surprise fees at the end.
How soon will I get my refund?
E-filing with direct deposit is usually the fastest route. The IRS and your state set the timing, so we can't speed it up, but we can tell you where to check the status.
